The Permeable Wall Meditation is one I use often with clients (and myself!). It's a short meditation that walks you through supporting your emotional energy and vibe by creating a bubble like wall around you. In this space you can interact with others easily without taking on any negitive emotions they may have or fearing you'll loose that good feeling of being YOU while in the interaction.
This is a terrific meditation to do before a date or important meeting, family gathering, or daily!
